Design = Love

A design director once said, "... the only requirement needed for employing a designer is LOVE."

I think that is so true! Passion and love for design is what's needed in a design consultant or department. The best work is always coming from one who's in love with what they are doing. You would go all the way when you're in love, won't you. That's just a little theory i would l ike to share.
