Penangite? Don't think so..

It's such a beautiful weather today, with clear blue sky and clean white clouds. And being a Penangite myself, i realised i haven't been to many places here in Peneng. What a loss.. But today is the day i went to places i haven't been to. I had the best beef soup koay teow in town, at the corner, opposite the Balai Bomba. Then after lunch, had coconut shake somewhere before waterfall gardens, beside the Craft Batik store. I have been meaning to visit Craft Batik for i don't remember how long and i've finally made it. They've very beautiful painted silk batik cloths. Good for pareo and dresses or skirts. I'll have to go back there one day to get some gorgeous batik for myself.

Right after our coconut shake, me and a friend drove all the way up to Bukit Genting which is further up Teluk Kumbar. Don't be mistaken for the huge Genting Highlands with Casino. This is a totally different Genting, not commercialised at all, with a very beautiful view overlooking the horizon. It's pretty breezy too. I have no idea why they named it the Genting Hills but whatever it is, it's a place to relax, have some Thai food (Belacan Chicken is yummy), and get yourself some Thai massage. I got my one hour foot massage for RM20. Pretty okay, right. It's pretty relaxing. :)
